# Super Scoreboard vs AJPAPP

The clearest difference is monetization model: AJPAPP at free with in-app purchases against Super Scoreboard's subscription. AJPAPP also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and review sentiment (100% vs 77%). Super Scoreboard's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (12K vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Super Scoreboard sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and AJPAPP sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AJPAPP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Super Scoreboard has 12K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 77% of Super Scoreboard's written reviews are positive against 100% of AJPAPP's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
