# EV Connect vs Go

The clearest difference is ads: EV Connect at none against Go's shown. EV Connect also leads on review sentiment (60% vs 33%) and ratings volume (6.8K vs 17). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for EV Connect against 4.5 for Go. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EV Connect has 6.8K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 60% of EV Connect's written reviews are positive against 33% of Go's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
