# EV Connect vs Innovation Drive

The clearest difference is rating: Innovation Drive at 5.0 against EV Connect's 4.5. Innovation Drive also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.1). EV Connect's advantage is ratings volume (6.8K vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Innovation Drive holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EV Connect has 6.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EV Connect ships an update every 2 months, Innovation Drive every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
