The clearest difference is monetization model: aClocks Premium Analog Clocks at free with in-app purchases against MD Clock's subscription. aClocks Premium Analog Clocks also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). MD Clock's advantage is ratings volume (6.6K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
