# ZIN Play vs Somble

The clearest difference is rating: ZIN Play at 4.7 against Somble's 4.2. ZIN Play also leads on ratings volume (6.7K vs 37). Somble's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 53%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ZIN Play holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZIN Play has 6.7K ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of ZIN Play's written reviews are positive against 81% of Somble's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
