# vīv vs WaBa Rewards

The clearest difference is rating: WaBa Rewards at 4.9 against vīv's 4.2. WaBa Rewards also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (7.3K vs 57). vīv's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (65% vs 42%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WaBa Rewards holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WaBa Rewards has 7.3K ratings behind it against 57, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of vīv's written reviews are positive against 42% of WaBa Rewards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

vīv ships an update fortnightly, WaBa Rewards every 5 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
