# SonntagsZeitung E vs SWIM.DE

The clearest difference is update cadence: SonntagsZeitung E at every 6 weeks against SWIM.DE's every 22 months. SWIM.DE's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SonntagsZeitung E sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.49 per month and SWIM.DE sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SonntagsZeitung E ships an update every 6 weeks, SWIM.DE every 22 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
