# SizeYou vs TrueToForm

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SizeYou at 75% against TrueToForm's 20%. TrueToForm's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 1.0) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TrueToForm holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrueToForm has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of SizeYou's written reviews are positive against 20% of TrueToForm's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SizeYou ships an update monthly, TrueToForm every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
