# Pizza Evolution vs Slime Evolution 2

The clearest difference is ads: Pizza Evolution at none against Slime Evolution 2's shown. Pizza Evolution also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (58 vs 14). Slime Evolution 2's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pizza Evolution sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Slime Evolution 2 sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pizza Evolution holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 58 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Pizza Evolution's written reviews are positive against 73% of Slime Evolution 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
