# MakePDF vs Konspektor

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Konspektor at 100% against MakePDF's 50%. Konspektor also leads on price (Free vs $5.99) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). MakePDF's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.0). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Konspektor is free to download; MakePDF costs $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MakePDF holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of MakePDF's written reviews are positive against 100% of Konspektor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
