# e vs Home + Project

The clearest difference is price: Home + Project at Free against e's $3.99. Home + Project also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.0). e's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 19%) and chart position (#195 vs unranked). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Home + Project is free to download; e costs $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Home + Project holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: e has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of e's written reviews are positive against 19% of Home + Project's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

e ships an update every 6 weeks, Home + Project every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
