# Drammer whisky app vs Dram Diary

The clearest difference is rating: Dram Diary at 4.3 against Drammer whisky app's 3.8. Dram Diary also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). Drammer whisky app's advantage is review sentiment (66% vs 50%) and ratings volume (28 vs 3). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drammer whisky app sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Dram Diary sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dram Diary holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drammer whisky app has 28 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Drammer whisky app's written reviews are positive against 50% of Dram Diary's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
