# Chrono Ultimate vs Timer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Chrono Ultimate at none against Timer's 1. Chrono Ultimate also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.2 vs 15.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Chrono Ultimate asks for nothing beyond the download.
