The clearest difference is ads: ETERNELLE at none against Flowwow's shown. ETERNELLE also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Flowwow's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (3.5K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ETERNELLE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flowwow has 3.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
