# Tally vs Tally Counter°

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tally at 100% against Tally Counter°'s 42%. Tally also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 7) and device support (3 vs 1). Tally Counter°'s advantage is rating (4.5 vs 2.3) and ratings volume (296 vs 3). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally Counter° sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Tally asks for nothing beyond the download.

Tally Counter° holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tally Counter° has 296 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Tally's written reviews are positive against 42% of Tally Counter°'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
