# Fitlog vs IsaLife

The clearest difference is rating: IsaLife at 3.0 against Fitlog's 2.5. IsaLife also leads on ratings volume (415 vs 37). Fitlog's advantage is review sentiment (34% vs 26%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IsaLife holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IsaLife has 415 ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Fitlog's written reviews are positive against 26% of IsaLife's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
