# Spivi vs memopet

The clearest difference is rating: Spivi at 3.1 against memopet's 2.0. Spivi also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). memopet's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Spivi holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Spivi's written reviews are positive against 17% of memopet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Spivi ships an update every 12 months, memopet every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
