# Mantra vs Flowi

The clearest difference is ads: Flowi at none against Mantra's shown. Flowi also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Mantra's advantage is ratings volume (34K vs 9) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mantra sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Flowi sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $35.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mantra against 4.9 for Flowi. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mantra has 34K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Mantra's written reviews are positive against 100% of Flowi's.

Mantra ships an update fortnightly, Flowi every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
