# AVerDiGi vs CCTV Super Password

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CCTV Super Password at 78% against AVerDiGi's 23%. CCTV Super Password also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (15 vs 1). AVerDiGi's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AVerDiGi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CCTV Super Password has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of AVerDiGi's written reviews are positive against 78% of CCTV Super Password's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AVerDiGi ships an update every 2 months, CCTV Super Password every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
