# TAG vs WebEOC

The clearest difference is rating: TAG at 5.0 against WebEOC's 3.6. TAG also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.5). WebEOC's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (19 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TAG holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WebEOC has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TAG ships an update every 11 months, WebEOC every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
