# Kalay+ vs BT control

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BT control at 56% against Kalay+'s 3%. BT control also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). Kalay+'s advantage is rating (1.9 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (21 vs 2). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kalay+ sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. BT control asks for nothing beyond the download.

Kalay+ holds the better App Store score, 1.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kalay+ has 21 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 3% of Kalay+'s written reviews are positive against 56% of BT control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kalay+ ships an update monthly, BT control every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
