# EESpeech Chat vs Pic

The clearest difference is rating: EESpeech Chat at 4.3 against Pic's 1.0. EESpeech Chat also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). Pic's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EESpeech Chat sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Pic sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EESpeech Chat holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EESpeech Chat has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EESpeech Chat ships an update every 3 months, Pic every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
