# Hourly Calculator vs TabKey

The clearest difference is rating: Hourly Calculator at 4.7 against TabKey's 4.0. TabKey's advantage is price ($0.99 vs $9.99) and review sentiment (67% vs 29%). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Hourly Calculator costs $9.99 and TabKey $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hourly Calculator holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Hourly Calculator's written reviews are positive against 67% of TabKey's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hourly Calculator ships an update every 55 months, TabKey every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
