# SchoolTool vs GoodGeometry

The clearest difference is price: GoodGeometry at $3.99 against SchoolTool's $7.99. GoodGeometry also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1). On rating, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

SchoolTool costs $7.99 and GoodGeometry $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GoodGeometry holds the better App Store score, 1.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoodGeometry has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of SchoolTool's written reviews are positive against 64% of GoodGeometry's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
