# Faber Work vs 1Life

The clearest difference is rating: Faber Work at 4.7 against 1Life's 2.0. Faber Work also leads on ratings volume (220 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). 1Life's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (71% vs 63%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Faber Work holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Faber Work has 220 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Faber Work's written reviews are positive against 71% of 1Life's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Faber Work ships an update every 3 months, 1Life every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
