# SmartNas vs MyTelkomcel

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyTelkomcel at 67% against SmartNas's 15%. MyTelkomcel also leads on ads (none vs shown). SmartNas's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SmartNas holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmartNas has 2.8K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of SmartNas's written reviews are positive against 67% of MyTelkomcel's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SmartNas ships an update fortnightly, MyTelkomcel every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
