# M.A.S.H. Party vs Pencil Loop!

The clearest difference is review sentiment: M.A.S.H. Party at 100% against Pencil Loop!'s 41%. Pencil Loop!'s advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (757 vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. M.A.S.H. Party sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pencil Loop! sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pencil Loop! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pencil Loop! has 757 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of M.A.S.H. Party's written reviews are positive against 41% of Pencil Loop!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

M.A.S.H. Party ships an update every 11 months, Pencil Loop! every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
