# Bark for Professionals vs Instaparty

Bark for Professionals and Instaparty both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Instaparty's written reviews are positive against 14% of Bark for Professionals's. Instaparty also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3). Bark for Professionals's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 8) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bark for Professionals sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Instaparty asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bark for Professionals holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bark for Professionals has 2K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Bark for Professionals's written reviews are positive against 67% of Instaparty's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bark for Professionals ships an update weekly, Instaparty monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
