# REMI vs Skimmias

The clearest difference is update cadence: Skimmias at every 2 days against REMI's every 10 days. REMI's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. REMI sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Skimmias sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

REMI ships an update every 10 days, Skimmias every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
