# ReGain vs mReflectAI

The clearest difference is ads: mReflectAI at none against ReGain's shown. mReflectAI also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). ReGain's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

mReflectAI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ReGain has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 83% of ReGain's written reviews are positive against 100% of mReflectAI's.

ReGain ships an update monthly, mReflectAI every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
