# Summon Simulator vs Last Fortress

The clearest difference is rating: Last Fortress at 4.5 against Summon Simulator's 3.5. Last Fortress also leads on ratings volume (55K vs 6) and chart position (#53 vs unranked). Summon Simulator's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 22) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Last Fortress sells 19 one-off in-app purchases. Summon Simulator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Last Fortress holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Last Fortress has 55K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Summon Simulator's written reviews are positive against 48% of Last Fortress's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Summon Simulator ships an update every 4 days, Last Fortress fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
