# Paycom vs FEP

The clearest difference is rating: Paycom at 4.8 against FEP's 1.8. Paycom also leads on ratings volume (1.6M vs 5) and chart position (#32 vs unranked). FEP's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
