# Civitatis vs Record Vacation

Civitatis and Record Vacation both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Record Vacation's written reviews are positive against 54% of Civitatis's. Record Vacation also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Civitatis's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 30 months) and ratings volume (7.4K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
