# IdentityForce vs Complete ID

The clearest difference is rating: IdentityForce at 2.9 against Complete ID's 1.7. IdentityForce also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (499 vs 22). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IdentityForce holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IdentityForce has 499 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of IdentityForce's written reviews are positive against 14% of Complete ID's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IdentityForce ships an update every 2 months, Complete ID every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
