# IChingNow vs Leela Quest

The clearest difference is rating: Leela Quest at 4.3 against IChingNow's 3.0. Leela Quest also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). IChingNow's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 50%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IChingNow sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Leela Quest sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Leela Quest holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of IChingNow's written reviews are positive against 50% of Leela Quest's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IChingNow ships an update every 2 months, Leela Quest every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
