# ECGO. vs Minted

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ECGO. at 100% against Minted's 57%. ECGO. also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 18.0). Minted's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.6) and ratings volume (2.7K vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Minted holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Minted has 2.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of ECGO.'s written reviews are positive against 57% of Minted's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
