# FAX from iPhone vs Fax

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FAX from iPhone at 93% against Fax's 43%. FAX from iPhone also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FAX from iPhone sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Fax sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
