# Loop ON vs Dawnbeat

Loop ON and Dawnbeat both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 70% of Dawnbeat's written reviews are positive against 37% of Loop ON's. Loop ON's advantage is ratings volume (995 vs 115) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loop ON sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Dawnbeat sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loop ON holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Loop ON has 995 ratings behind it against 115, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Loop ON's written reviews are positive against 70% of Dawnbeat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
