# Sana vs Superlist

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sana at none against Superlist's 15. Sana also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 48%). Superlist's advantage is ratings volume (462 vs 11) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superlist sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $6.00 per month. Sana asks for nothing beyond the download.

Superlist holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Superlist has 462 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Sana's written reviews are positive against 48% of Superlist's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sana ships an update every 10 days, Superlist every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
