# Lock Notes vs Luma OS

The clearest difference is device support: Lock Notes at 3 against Luma OS's 1. Lock Notes also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lock Notes sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Luma OS sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
