# Poly Dating vs SOHO Connect

The clearest difference is rating: SOHO Connect at 5.0 against Poly Dating's 4.1. SOHO Connect also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Poly Dating's advantage is ratings volume (210 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Poly Dating sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SOHO Connect sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SOHO Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Poly Dating has 210 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
