# SnippetKeys vs Copied

The clearest difference is update cadence: Copied at every 5 days against SnippetKeys's every 11 months. Copied also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (502 vs 31). SnippetKeys's advantage is review sentiment (74% vs 48%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SnippetKeys sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Copied sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Copied holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Copied has 502 ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of SnippetKeys's written reviews are positive against 48% of Copied's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SnippetKeys ships an update every 11 months, Copied every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
