# CondoVive vs Guestify

CondoVive and Guestify both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Guestify's written reviews are positive against 5% of CondoVive's. Guestify also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). CondoVive's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (17 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for CondoVive against 5.0 for Guestify. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CondoVive has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 5% of CondoVive's written reviews are positive against 100% of Guestify's.

CondoVive ships an update every 3 weeks, Guestify every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
