# Ebba vs Shortcut Race

The clearest difference is rating: Shortcut Race at 5.0 against Ebba's 3.0. Shortcut Race also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Ebba's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shortcut Race sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Ebba asks for nothing beyond the download.

Shortcut Race holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shortcut Race has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ebba ships an update fortnightly, Shortcut Race every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
