The clearest difference is price: Unique for iPad at Free against Tera Pro's $6.99. Tera Pro's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.4) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
