# N vs NBack 3D

The clearest difference is ads: N at none against NBack 3D's shown. N also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.6). NBack 3D's advantage is update cadence (every 10 months vs every 39 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. N sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and NBack 3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

N ships an update every 39 months, NBack 3D every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
