# Cat Bird! vs Blon

The clearest difference is update cadence: Blon at every 5 days against Cat Bird!'s every 16 months. Blon also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.4). Cat Bird!'s advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 45). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cat Bird! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Blon sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cat Bird! holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cat Bird! has 1.5K ratings behind it against 45, so its average is the more settled of the two.
