# Watch Faces vs Walbum™

The clearest difference is ads: Walbum™ at none against Watch Faces's shown. Walbum™ also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (33K vs 5.7K). Watch Faces's advantage is review sentiment (52% vs 43%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watch Faces sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Walbum™ sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Walbum™ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Walbum™ has 33K ratings behind it against 5.7K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Watch Faces's written reviews are positive against 43% of Walbum™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Watch Faces ships an update every 8 days, Walbum™ every 11 days. Both last shipped on November 7, 2026.
