# Watch Faces vs WiFi Eyes

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WiFi Eyes at none against Watch Faces's 10. WiFi Eyes also leads on review sentiment (76% vs 52%). Watch Faces's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (5.7K vs 69). On price, update cadence, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watch Faces sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. WiFi Eyes asks for nothing beyond the download.

Watch Faces holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Watch Faces has 5.7K ratings behind it against 69, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Watch Faces's written reviews are positive against 76% of WiFi Eyes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Watch Faces ships an update every 8 days, WiFi Eyes every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
