# Juice Generation vs Earthbar

The clearest difference is rating: Earthbar at 4.8 against Juice Generation's 3.4. Earthbar also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Juice Generation's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Earthbar holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Earthbar has 1.5K ratings behind it against 234, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Juice Generation's written reviews are positive against 15% of Earthbar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Juice Generation ships an update every 5 months, Earthbar monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
